Thank you for visiting Sedora Couture, the website and online saree shopping destination, the owner of the platform and being referred to here as ‘we’ or ‘us’. This section will help you understand the terms and conditions of using this website, its services and the larger scope of it including delivery, creative content and so on. Each aspect of it will be henceforth called the ‘Service’ collectively. It is implied that you agreed and are bound by the Agreement, upon using the Services of Sedora Couture, irrespective of your registration status with us.

USE OF OUR SERVICE

If you are under 18 years of age, your parents or guardian will agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement by default, which also states the inclusion of financial responsibility for any purchase on the website. The use and access of the service by anyone under the age of 18 is not encouraged and is prohibited. Such users are restricted to register with us and discouraged to give any information and personal data. If such an account comes under the light, we have the right to delete the information. Sedora Couture reserves all rights to blacklist, remove and entertain any account and your attempt to transfer any of the information or right to your terrain won’t be considered. The services of Sedora Couture are currently available through Sign up / Sign in. You can do the registration via Facebook or Google account. In order to facilitate this, you need to have an active Gmail or Facebook account. By agreeing to this, you are bound by the policies and are expected to act in accordance with them. If you have chosen to register with Facebook, your username will be the same for Facebook by default. Besides, you are obliged to use only your Facebook account for Sedora Couture.

USER ACCOUNT

By using Sedora Couture’s services, you agree to refrain from engaging in any illegal activities, including the unauthorized disclosure, distribution, or copying of content, whether automated or manual. You commit to respecting the principles of Sedora Couture by not modifying, updating, sharing, or publishing any information that belongs to another user unless you have the appropriate rights. Content that is defamatory, offensive, harmful, misleading, or objectionable in any form is strictly prohibited. Additionally, you should not share or distribute any abusive, threatening, or infringing content that violates the intellectual property or basic human rights of others. Unauthorized attempts to access restricted pages or servers are prohibited.

Any activity that disrupts or negatively affects the experience of other users on the website will be treated as illegal. Infringements on patents, copyrights, or trademarks are considered unlawful, and you are prohibited from reselling, counterfeiting, or dealing in stolen products under the Sedora Couture name. By accessing and posting on these pages, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. You commit to refraining from harming or damaging any user’s reputation or social presence and confirm that the information provided in your account is accurate. We also discourage anonymous posts on our social media pages.

Users are solely responsible for the content they generate. Sedora Couture does not necessarily endorse or align with the views expressed in user-generated content, and we are not liable for any claims, emotional distress, damages, or losses resulting from such content. Sedora Couture reserves the right to remove, edit, or blacklist any content that is defamatory, offensive, or malicious toward any individual or group.

We prohibit the use of deep-linking, scraping, or automated tools to monitor or extract content from our pages. Any unauthorized programs used to access, manipulate, or reproduce content will be strictly prohibited. Hacking or password mining is also forbidden.

While we strive to accurately represent the fabric, finish, and size of our products online, there may be slight variations in appearance upon delivery. The designs and fabrics featured on Sedora Couture, as well as any creative content, including images and text, are the intellectual property of Sedora Couture. Unauthorized reproduction, transmission, or manufacturing of such content is prohibited and requires our explicit consent
